Cristian is the managing partner of ITL Attorneys Romania. He is an expert in criminal law and forensic sciences. Cristian is also an associate professor and dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oradea, Romania.

He specializes in business criminal law and European criminal law and has extensive academic and practical experience in these fields. Cristian has followed specialization courses in international and European criminal law at the International Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Sciences in Siracusa and the University of Palermo, and in AI and IT law at the Academy of European Law in Trier, Germany.
