Michelle Vrolijk is co-founder of ITL Attorneys and partner at ITL Attorneys Netherlands.

Michelle has been working for the predecessor of ITL Attorneys Netherlands (Vallenduuk Transport Advocaten) since 2010. In 2013 she became an attorney and in 2020 she joined the firm as a partner. In 2022, Michelle became co-owner of the law firm together with partners Kevin Vierhout and Christian Hofman.

Within the transport and logistics sector, Michelle specializes in international labor law and collective labor agreements (CLA’s). She mainly handles cases concerning international posting of workers and cross-border employment mobility, as well as CLA compliancy cases (both collective and individual).

Michelle writes monthly articles for Logistiek.nl.

Pursuant to Article 35b, first paragraph, of the Legal Profession Regulations (Regeling op de Advocatuur), Michelle Vrolijk is registered in the register of legal areas (rechtsgebiedenregister) of the Dutch Bar Association in the following main (and sub) legal areas:

1. Labour law

  • international labour law

On the basis of this registration, the lawyer is obliged to obtain ten training points every calendar year in each registered main legal area in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.

Michelle has her registered office in Haarlem at Sint Jorisveld 10 (2023 GD) and is subject to the supervision of the Noord-Holland Bar Association.
