Road and company inspection

Permits & licenses

Both road haulage and road passenger transport have national and international licensing obligations.

Every carrier is thereby subject, among other things, to the European rules of Regulations 1071/2009 and 1072/2009, which provide for a general licensing requirement.

Moreover, depending on the nature of the transport, additional permits and licences may be required, for example for waste transport and exceptional transport.

Our lawyers can assist you both in obtaining these permits and licences and in any case of any problems and even revocations of the permits.
