Permits & licenses

Both goods transportation by road and passenger transportation by road are subject to national and international licensing requirements. Every transporter is subject to the European regulations of Regulations 1071/2009 and 1072/2009, which provide for a general licensing obligation.

Depending on the nature of the transportation, additional permits and licenses may be required, for example for waste transport and exceptional transport.

Our lawyers can assist you in obtaining these permits and licenses as well as with any issues and even revocations of the permits
